Programs
JIU-JITSU | AGES 10–15
A youth Jiu-Jitsu program for students ages 10–15, designed to develop athleticism, confidence, discipline, resilience, and problem-solving skills through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.
No prior experience is required. Students are divided into Juniors (ages 10–12) and Teens (ages 13–15) to create the best learning environment based on age, size, and skill level.
Students follow a structured curriculum that builds strong fundamentals before progressing to more advanced techniques.
Every student begins with different strengths, challenges, and goals. Some need to build confidence, others need discipline and focus, some benefit from positive structure and mentorship, while others are motivated to develop their Jiu-Jitsu skills and pursue their full potential.
Our goal is not only to teach Jiu-Jitsu, but to help students become confident, resilient, and capable young people who enjoy learning, embrace challenges, and continue growing both on and off the mat.

JIU-JITSU | AGES 16+
A structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for students ages 16 and older, designed to guide beginners from their first class through long-term development while continuing to challenge experienced practitioners and competitors.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a lifelong journey of learning, improvement, and personal growth. Whether your goal is to build confidence, improve fitness, relieve stress, learn a new skill, compete, or become part of a supportive community, our program is designed to help each student achieve their goals.
We welcome students from all backgrounds and experience levels. Our training environment is built around respect, discipline, and continuous improvement, allowing each student to develop their skills while building confidence, resilience, and the mindset to overcome challenges on and off the mat.
Our program is divided into two class formats—Fundamentals and All Levels—providing a clear path for students at every stage of development.
The Fundamentals class is designed for students with little or no previous experience. Students develop a strong technical foundation through a structured curriculum that covers essential movements, positions, takedowns, escapes, sweeps, guard passing, positional control, and submissions.
Instruction combines time-tested fundamentals with modern techniques and concepts proven through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling competition. Students also participate in situational sparring, allowing them to apply techniques against resistance in a controlled environment before progressing to live sparring.
To ensure students build the technical foundation, confidence, and safety awareness needed for successful training, beginners are required to complete 30 Fundamentals classes before joining the All Levels class.
The All Levels class is designed for students who have built a strong foundation and are ready to continue their development. Classes combine technical instruction and live sparring while covering concepts that range from fundamental principles to advanced techniques used in modern competition.
Whenever possible, students are paired with training partners of appropriate age, size, and experience during technical instruction and situational sparring to create an effective and safe learning environment.
During live sparring, students train with a variety of partners to develop adaptable, well-rounded Jiu-Jitsu. Learning to adjust to different body types, skill levels, and physical abilities helps students become more versatile practitioners both in training and in competition.

No prior wrestling experience is required. Students are guided through a structured pathway that helps beginners learn the sport, student-athletes develop their skills, and advanced wrestlers prepare for high school and college competition.
Students train in both Folkstyle and Freestyle wrestling, developing strong fundamentals, technical skills, athletic ability, and the discipline needed to succeed on and off the mat.
Every student enters the program with different goals. Some are discovering wrestling for the first time, some are working to become better competitors, and others are pursuing opportunities to join strong high school or college wrestling programs. Our coaching approach adapts to each athlete's needs while maintaining high standards of effort, discipline, respect, and continuous improvement.
Our goal is to build a leading wrestling program that helps student-athletes reach their potential, develop confidence and resilience, and become part of a community that supports their growth both in wrestling and in life.
